By constant & parellel r&d, achive liquor ratio1:0 wet fabrics in number of polyster fabric quality with number of self and mix color combination. 1:0 wet fabric mins the water or dye bath liquor require only to wet fabrics. In terms of dry polyester fabric liquor ratio nearly or aproximatly 1:1 and in some color or color combination it will reach 1:0.2 to 1:0.5 wet fabrics. It will be also reducing 1:0 wet fabrics in near future by our constant & parellel R&D (see our five graphs of research and development).In fabric dry condition, liquor ratio are for polyester fabric approximate 1:1 for polyester cotton 1:2 and for cotton 1:3. Every fabrics water or liquor absorption is deferent. That is why we are mentioning the liquor ratio in terms of wet fabrics.The reduce liquor ratio, not only reduces water consumption per unit (kg. / pound) fabric, but also reduces the consumption of thermic, electric energy, chemical and color (dark color). It also reduces the air pollution and water pollution dramatically at very low level.This is the last and final point to reduce the liquor ratio in fabric exhaust dye machine, which achieve by our last 25 years constant and parallel research and development works (see graphs). In coming years we commercialize this machine with "plug to sun" for thermic and electric energy.

Multi Nozzle Soft Flow Machine


The DEVREKHA Multi - Nozzle Low/High temp. Dyeing technology work as a soft flow as well as jet dyeing machine. The main advantage of this development is to increase machine flexibility/ versatility to process all types of fabrics.In this new technical development, the nozzle 3 & 4 are big diameter and fix nozzle with indviduel flow control valve. The 1st main nozzle is adjustable. By increasing and decreasing the gap of nozzle, flow and pressure will be increase and decrease as per fabric quality demand. To run this machine as a soft flow machine, increase the gap that decrease the pressure and increase water flow, at that time all three nozzles are working as a soft flow and water flow control individually by control valve as per fabric quality demand.To run machine as a jet dying machine, decrease the gap of nozzle, that increase the pressure and decrease the water flow. That time soft-nozzle control valve are close.

The DEVREKHA Multi-Nozzle Low/High Temperature Dyeing technology works as soft flow as well as jet dyeing machine. In this development, there is no fabric drive reel to move the fabric. The fabric movement by only force of water. It is economical, because of low liquor ratio it's reduce every think. It is user's friendly because comparison with long tube dyeing machine, to control the fabric movement 4 valves required. Here in this Jet Dyeing Machines and Fabric Dyeing Machine there is only one valve. Absent of reel, reduce connecting electric power, maintenance of two mechanical seal and breakdown time, if Jet pressure and reel speed not synchronized. Jet Machine With Basket


This basket is using for store the fabrics. Fabric Entrance with cloth guider tension bars and expander for crease-free entry.


Dye Impregnation section with top & bottom rollers to restrict the weft wise shrinkage.


Merceriser operated on “Buoyancy Principle”. Lower roller is floating and is completely immersed in caustic lye.

Cone Dyeing Machine with Air Pad System


HT/HP is a versatile dyeing machine for treating material in various forms.


The range starts from 10 kg to 100 kg designed for high operation temperature 140°C and pressure 5 bar.


The dyeing machine and all wetted parts are made of AISI 316/316L highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.


Circulation Pump: Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump with high flow rate. (Inverter drive can be supplied on request).


Reversal Flow : Liquor flow direction is reversed automatically at preset time intervals from in side out to out side in and vice versa according to requirement.


Liquor Ratio : Programmable and adjustable in range from 1:4 to 1:7


Air Pad System : By compress air static pressure is obtained and system is pressurized. Material carriers are fully flooded in the dye vat.


Heat Exchanger : In direct heating and cooling coil is provided for rapid rise in temperature up to 4°C/min at steam pressure of 7 kg/cm2. Heating of liquor is homogenous.


Service Tank : A service tank is provided for feeding dye staff and chemicals to the dye vat by means of a dosing pump. At top perforated pipe is fitted for washing of walls.


Control Panel : Microprocess programmer for different type of material is provided or you may feed the new program as per your dyeing cycle.

Tumbler Dryer Machine for Terry Towel


Tumbler dryer is most significant to final fabric finishing due to its contribution to fabric dimensional stability


Chamber is made of M.S. Plate and Angle with door opening arrangement and thermo chamber is made of stainless steel and its shape is like reverse “U”. There is perforated partition with wire mesh. Cloth tension unit is supplied on both side entry and plaiter side. All guide rolls will be of ebonite with proper diameter and rubber fillet roll for entry and plaiter side.
The controlled quantity of fabric is forwarded at high speed through a ventilator with adjustable speed from chamber through the u-shape channel. Change of direction of the airjet is done automatically.
For fast rise of temperature inside the chamber steam radiator is supplied with proper design K.Cal with value. All motors are supplied of standard make like ABB or cromption and inverter drive is also supplied of delta make. Main motor 40 HP AC.
Tumbler dryer is provided with electronic temperature controller to control temperature inside the chamber and regulator to control the speed of the fabric. Electric panel with all standard make relay and contractor duly wired.
